HOW TO APPLY TO BE TALENT?

LEADING, SUPPORTING, OR SPEAKING ROLES

There are 2 ways to audition for the leading, supporting, or speaking roles.

1. SUBMIT A VIDEO TO THE ONLINE OPEN CALL SUBMISSION PAGE

Click here to go to our CastIt Talent’s Video Submission Page

On the submission page, you need to request to receive sides (self tape instructions) via email by clicking on the “Download Sides” icon next to the role you would like to tape for. Once you receive your sides (self tape instructions), make your self tape video(s). When you are ready to upload your video(s), please go back to the CastIt Talent’s Video Submission Page for In Search of Time, and click Submit as Talent and fill out the form and upload your video(s).

Submitting a self tape video will be the fastest method to show our casting office and the directors your talent and acting skills!

ADDITIONAL NOTES/TIPS: Please set your camera or phone to a low recording setting, so that the video files you upload are not too huge. Submitting a self tape is 100% free. You will not be charged for submitting or auditioning for IN SEARCH OF TIME. Please email talentsupport@castitsystems.com if you have any tech issues with the CastIt Talent’s Video Submission Page.

2. SIGN UP FOR CONSIDERATION FOR AN IN-PERSON OPEN CALL / CASTING MEETING

If you or your parent are not tech savvy or you have no one to help you make a self tape, you may sign up for consideration for an in-person or live open call/casting meeting. This means that once you fill out the form in the link below and submit your photos, the casting office may reach out to you to schedule an audition. At the audition, we will tape you performing scene(s) from the script. All in-person auditions will be in Brooklyn.

*SUBMIT TO BE AN EXTRA (BACKGROUND ROLE)*

If you would like to be considered for a non-speaking background role in the film, please click here to fill out the Extra Talent Submission Form.
